Extraterrestrial Technologies and Non-Human Materials
Luis Elizondo, a former Pentagon official, made waves by claiming that the U.S. possesses advanced UAP technologies—technologies, he said, that “surpass anything in our arsenal.” Elizondo noted that these systems are not limited to the U.S.; other nations reportedly hold similar assets.

Journalist Michael Shellenberger presented a detailed 214-page report alleging the existence of a covert program, “Immaculate Constellation,” which employs advanced imaging technologies to study UAPs systematically. Shellenberger stressed the bipartisan importance of UAP transparency, describing it as vital for national security.
Michael Gold, a former NASA administrator, underscored the societal stigma surrounding UAPs, which he argued hampers scientific research. “The truth is out there,” Gold said, calling for increased funding for UAP research.
Congresswoman Nancy Mace voiced the frustration of many when she questioned why funds are being allocated to programs shrouded in secrecy: “If it doesn’t exist, why are we spending money on it? And if it does, why are we hiding it from the public?”
