Many believe Skydiving and flying is less secure than in Germany, the US or elsewhere. I went to see myself and even jumped to get the full experience. Safety is number one and the prices are almost the same, than in Germany. It was my second tandem jump and this time I could fully enjoy it. Even though my last one was almost 20 years go, I remembered much of it and the 1-3 second blackout didn’t happen this time. So I’ve been fully aware of every second of my jump and I enjoyed it! Thank You to Stas Umanov for taking me on that ride (as a friend of the family and the tandem master).
This was one of my first documentaries for German TV. It was shot during the summer of 2013 and aired (and that is the amazing thing) on Oct 1st, when I was siting in the clinic waiting for the birth of my daughter. So I will always look at this one in a special way…
The team of RTL followed me for about a week to make this reportage, which was sent in 2 parts during their noon news / boulevard magazine. The feedback to this show was pretty good.
RTL Punkt 12 – Monday (Part 1)
RTL Punkt 12 – Tuesday (Part 2)
Here is a reportage from a German TV crew, which came for a visit in late 2013. It actually aired only almost a year later. The program TAFF is a pre-evening boulevard program and mainly seen by teenagers up to 20 years.
Here is a 45 min TV documentary, which was aired on N24, a national German news station. The title is somewhat irritating, since the documentary covers most aspects of Moscows nightlife and cannot be reduced to these 3 keywords. Anyway, the filmmaker followed me for a few weeks and I’m guiding him and the viewer through Moscows nightlife (of the summer 2014). Enjoy the film.
Here is a very nicely filmed reportage, which aired on the M24 TV station a few times a day from Sep 7th to 14th. Its about me, Raj Maxwell and Don Craig, two other foreigners living here. We talk about our lives in Moscow and how we got to love this city.
